Letter to the parents for the month of Chaitra 2082

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Warm greetings from Fishtail Academy.

We hope you and your family are in good health. As we move through the month of Chaitra, marking the final phase of the academic session, we would like to share important updates and highlights of the recent activities, along with examination information.

1. Student Activities and Engagement
Students from PYP, Middle School, and High School have actively participated in a variety of meaningful activities. These include community service at Bhadrakali Temple, educational field trips to different locations, and various inter-house and class competitions. Additionally, Grade 9 and 10 students attended a retreat program at ABC, which provided them with valuable learning and reflection experiences.

2. Coffee with the Principal
We recently conducted “Coffee with the Principal” sessions from Grade Nursery to Grade 10. These sessions created a positive platform for interaction, feedback, and strengthening the connection between the school and parents.

3. Grade 9 Class Day
The Class Day of Grade 9 was successfully conducted with great enthusiasm and participation. Students showcased their talents through dramas, presentations, coding projects, dances, and songs, making the event vibrant and memorable.

4. Annual Examination Notice
The Annual Examinations for Grades Nursery to Grade 11 will commence from 17th Chaitra. We request all students and parents to ensure proper preparation and regular attendance during this important period.

5. Board Examinations Update
The BLE Examination of Grade 8 has already started from 1st Chaitra. The SEE Examination will begin from 19th Chaitra, and the SLC Examination is scheduled to start from 14th Baishakh. We wish all our students the very best for their examinations.

6. Community Service and Adventure Activities
Our High School students actively participated in community service by organizing a cleaning campaign at Bhadrakali Temple. Furthermore, they engaged in “Adventure Classroom” activities in coordination with High Ground Adventure, where students experienced activities such as bungee and wild swing, promoting confidence and teamwork.

7. Holi Celebration
Students and teachers of Fishtail Academy celebrated Holi with great joy and enthusiasm, fostering unity, happiness, and cultural appreciation within the school community.

8. Best Wishes Program
A heartfelt Best Wishes Program was organized by Grade 9 students for the SEE appearing students. The event included performances, messages, and tokens of love, creating a memorable send-off.

9. Saturday School Open for Admissions
Please note that the school will remain open on Saturdays throughout the month of Chaitra to assist with admission inquiries and processes.

As we approach the end of the academic year, we sincerely request all parents to support and guide their children in their studies and overall well-being during this crucial time.
