Letter to the Parents for the Month of Jestha 2083

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Warm greetings from Fishtail Academy.

We hope you and your family are healthy, happy, and doing well. As we continue our journey into the new academic session, we would like to share some important updates, completed activities, and upcoming events for the month of Jestha 2083.

1. Commencement of New Academic Session
We are pleased to inform you that the new academic session officially commenced from 15th Baishakh 2083. Students have started their classes with great enthusiasm and positive energy, and the school environment is once again vibrant with learning and creativity.

2. Orientation Program Successfully Completed
Orientation sessions for students have been successfully conducted. These sessions helped students become familiar with classroom expectations, academic goals, school policies, and co-curricular plans for the new session.

3. Handwriting and Chess Competitions Completed
The Nepali and English Handwriting Competitions along with the Chess Competition were successfully conducted during the beginning of the session. Students actively participated and showcased excellent creativity, concentration, and presentation skills.

4. Parents’ Orientation and Curriculum Sharing
As per the school calendar, Parents’ Orientation and Curriculum Sharing has been scheduled on 9th Jestha. This program will help parents understand the academic plans, teaching-learning approaches, and assessment systems for the current academic year.

5. Parents Celebration – Preschool Section
On 18th Jestha, the Preschool Section will celebrate the Global Day of Parents with various engaging and joyful activities involving students and parents.

6. World Environment Day Celebration
Fishtail Academy will celebrate World Environment Day on 22nd Jestha with awareness activities, plantation programs, and student participation focused on environmental responsibility and sustainability.

7. Stage Champ and Voice of FASS
To encourage confidence and talent among students, “The Voice of FASS” for Grades 1 to 10 and “Stage Champ” programs for Nursery to Grade 5 have been scheduled during Jestha. These activities aim to develop communication, creativity, and stage performance skills among students.

8. Inter-House Sports and Adventure Activities
The Inter-House Table Tennis Competition (Level-wise) will be conducted on 11th Jestha. Additionally, students will participate in the Off-Road Bike Adventure program on 20th Jestha to promote teamwork, confidence, and adventure learning.

9. Grade 12 Session and PABSON Events
The Grade 12 session is scheduled to begin from 25th Jestha. Likewise, students from Grades 6–8 will participate in the Nepali Handwriting event organized under PABSON activities on 29th and 30th Jestha.

10. Regular Attendance and Parent Support
We kindly request all parents to ensure regular attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of assignments by students. Your continued guidance and cooperation play a vital role in the success and holistic development of our children.
